If you see someone motioning for you to pull over, do so. Semis are banned on this road.
Looks like 2 dumb asses that collided. Trucker for being on that road and the biker for not paying attention to dangers ahead.
Well I will say that this driver made a big error in judgment by taking the wrong Route. I sure hope he doesn’t Lose his Job or his CDL. This accident was his fault, and thank god it wasn’t worse. (more…)

“I got kids in my mother fu##ing truck”. REALLY, and you didn’t think about your kids when you came into the motorcyclist lane almost hitting him and started cussing when you got out of your truck, for your kids to hear and see? 83 year old Harley motorcycle guy. I think most people would be lucky to reach 83 years old, let alone be driving a big Harley-Davidson motorcycle!
Not only has Pete beat the averages for longevity, but he has definitely entered into that elite group of motorcyclists who are still driving motorcycles in their 80s.
This interview was done at a Ramona, hot Rod and motorcycle show where he had his 2008 Harley Davidson entered. Unfortunately, Pete’s bike didn’t win that contest, but he did win my admiration and respect for a guy who is a true motorcycle enthusiast! (more…)

HARLEY DAVIDSON KNUCKLEHEAD
The knucklehead is a retronym used by enthusiasts to refer to a Harley-Davidson motorcycle engine, so named because of the distinct shape of the rocker boxes. The engine is a two cylinder, 45 degree, pushrod actuated overhead valve V-twin engine with two valves per cylinder.
It was the third basic type of V-Twin engine used by Harley-Davidson, replacing the Flathead-engined VL model in 1936 as HD’s top-of-the-line model. The engine was manufactured until 1947 and was replaced by the Panhead engine in 1948. The Knucklehead-engined models were originally referred to as “OHVs” by enthusiasts of the time and in Harley’s official literature; the nickname arose from the California chopper culture of the late 1960s.
