Harleys are already extremely overpriced in the United States where they don’t have any import tariffs. But the bigger problem is that they have cemeteries full of customers.

This unique film documents two decades of the rescue, recovery and rebuilding at the World Trade Center site in New York City. It is the longest running time-lapse project in the company’s history, including never-before-seen EarthCam footage spanning 20 years.

EarthCam has been on site since 2001 when EarthCam CEO & Founder, Brian Cury, installed a webcam just days after the attacks to webcast the rescue mission to the families of the missing. As rescue became recovery and eventually rebuilding, EarthCam set to work to develop new robotic DSLR camera technology necessary to document this revered 16 acre site in the highest resolution possible. Every few minutes for 20 years, panoramic images captured the transformation of downtown Manhattan from over 100 viewing angles, totaling 13.3 million individual photos. (more…)

Motorcycle accidents in California have been increasing for the last couple of years. From various surveys and studies, there seems no doubt that this increase in California or motorcycle accidents as well as automobile accidents can be directly attributable to the use of cell phones by car drivers.

Yes, today probably one of the most dangerous situations to be in when driving a motorcycle here in California, is actually not when you’re driving on the freeway, but when you have just exited the freeway  and are waiting at a stop sign or a light at the bottom of the freeway exit. Actually, I guess for California motorcycle accidents just waiting at a stop sign or a light, sets up the motorcycle rider for a rear end collision by a distracted driver. (more…)

My name is Sam Turner, I am from Atlanta, Georgia. I currently am a Diesel Technician for the United States Postal Service. When I was about 12 years old my father taught me how to use a welder, and ever since then I have been building whatever has popped in my mind. My first motorcycle was when I was 8, my father fixed up an old 70ish model Honda 50cc minibike. from there I worked my way up to a Honda 110, then a Yamaha RT180.

I knew I wanted to use the 840cc V-twin diesel engine for my power plant, and figured that to keep it symmetrical looking, the only way to go was Twin-turbo. (more…)
