Cave Creek was settled in 1870 by soldiers on horseback from Fort McDowell. In 1873, prospectors from the Bradshaw Mountains found gold in the town. The town is named for the cave next to the creek the town was founded on. Geography Cave Creek is a town in the Sonoran Desert.(more…)

Arizona Choppers Wickenberg Ride – Big Dog k9 motorcycles
A 360° video chopper motorcycle ride from Peoria Arizona to Wickenburg Arizona riding through the Sonoran Desert. The K-9 chopper model motorcycle was and still is the flagship motorcycle model for big dog motorcycles out of Wichita Kansas. The K-9 is over 9 feet long and has the classic chopper lines, because the two rear shocks are mounted horizontally under the motorcycle frame. This video was taken Mid-January with the temperature at 76°. Cave Creek Arizona has a lot of bars and restaurants and is a very popular ride destination for the Phoenix Arizona area. Cave Creek Arizona has a very similar vibe to Julian California which is about 50 miles out of San Diego. They’re both old gold mining towns and very popular ride destinations. (more…)

This 360° motorcycle video was done with a Insta360 One X camera. This camera does NOT move. All the movement was done in post-production. Keep in mind that this video camera was mounted on my Big Dog k9 chopper. So, there was a lot of vibration. Yet, the built-in stabilization did a great job of making the video smooth! (more…)
A short chopper ride from San Diego to El Cajon California. El Cajon is just east of San Diego California. My bike is a 2017 Big Dog k9 clone with a Insta360 One X camera mounted on a selfi-stick, attached with clamps to the base of the handlebars.

The motorcycle in the video is a 2006 American Ironhorse Texas Chopper. The camera that’s being used is a Samsung Gear 360. The video is just as it came out of the camera with no post editing or color correction whatsoever. well, I guess I should add that I did put the title of our website in the video and if you use your cursor and scroll up to look towards the sky eventually you’ll see the URL which because of the 360° format is turned into a circle. 360° Motorcycle Ride – – –
When viewing the video, you should see a directional arrow in the upper left-hand corner that you could click on to change the view while the video is playing. Also, by moving your computer cursor on the video itself when it’s playing you can also change the direction of the view. when viewing videos like this in a virtual reality headset, just moving your head in any direction changes the view on the screen and it feels like your practically riding this high-powered custom chopper. for best results when viewing this video you can change the resolution up to 4K.
This is my main chopper motorcycle and it has an S&S 117 cubic inch V-twin engine. the Texas chopper has a 280 rear tire and six speed transmission. (more…)
