This event for the Ramona Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Programs and local non-profits through the Ramona Community Foundation. This is set for Sat 10-27 & entry fee includes free lunch & t-shirt .
Judged Classes are: Stock, Custom, Bagger, Chopper, Classic/Vintage, Dyna/FXR/Sportster. Only first place winners in each category will receive an award. One motorcycle will be judged Best of Show. An award will also be presented to the Competitors Choice finalist. Read more

Here in Southern California there are quite a lot of Hot-Rod and motorcycle shows. Probably the vast majority of the shows, because they are mixed with Hot-Rods and motorcycles, only provide a trophy for the best in show for motorcycles while the Hot-Rods usually have a number of categories for trophies.
As far as motorcycle only shows, there are just a few. Most of these, almost always have numerous categories as well as the best in show. Personally, I think these are the only fair way to judge motorcycles for these types of shows. Really, how would you judge a beautifully it restored flat track racer against a totally custom chopper?
Also, having attended a lot of the shows, I think we’re really lucky here in Southern California because a lot of the shows are totally free to enter, as they are supported by the local merchants/Chamber of Commerce in order to have an event that draws lots of people into their business areas.
