La Mesa Classic Car & Motorcycle Show

La Mesa California is just east of San Diego California. This is a totally free to attend and to show your vehicles. This show runs through August 29 on Thursday evenings.

Although the show is mainly autos and hot rods, motorcycles are also entered and usually on any show night you can see a dozen to a dozen and a half motorcycles there. There are two winners picked each night, and the night that I was there with my modified big dog K9 motorcycle I won one of those awards. Cajon Classic Cruise

San Diego East County’s premier hot Rod and motorcycle show is back for 2018 – Cajon Classic Cruise

San Diego biker galsCajon Classic Cruise is back for 2018! Join thousands of people from all over Southern California visit the display of classic cars in the center of Downtown El Cajon. Shows are every Wednesday from 5-8 PM. A different theme every week with returning favorites like Girls’ Night Out, Return to the 50’s and Trunk or Treat, on Halloween night.

Cajon Classic Cruise kickoff for the weekly Wednesday shows is April 18, 2018.

It’s free to enter! Plus, each category winner receives a trophy at the end of the show after an entertainment show. Yes, that is correct, I said FREE to enter the show as well as to view the show! Obviously, this is a big draw for people to come to downtown El Cajon, enjoy the restaurants and see/interact with the merchants that are savvy enough to sponsor a great weekly show like this!

Motorcycle parking is on Sulzfeld Way just off Main Street, east of Magnolia Avenue. (more…)

California Car Show – The Cajon Classic Cruze

California hot rod shows – This is the 2017 open for the weekly ‘Cajon Classic Cruze’ auto show.

There are couple of things that are unique about the show, are a couple of things. First of all, starting in mid April, it’s everyone’s the evening from 5 PM to about 8 PM until the end of October.

The second thing that makes this show unique, is the fact that it’s totally free to enter your vehicle. Naturally, it’s also free for the spectators. Yes, this is sponsored by the local merchants, Chamber of Commerce and a local casino. (more…)

San Diego Hot Rod Motorcycle Show – Pacific Beach

San Diego custom motorcycles - San Diego Hot Rod Motorcycle ShowThis is by far and away the best hot rod and motorcycle show in San Diego County! The show date is Sunday, August 16 in Pacific Beach at Garnet & Dawes St. from 9 AM to 3 PM. The show is totally free to the public, and if you wanted to enter your motorcycle, before August 12, it’s just $10!

What’s really great about this show is the fact that they have events going on throughout the whole show, about every half-hour or so. These events range from a great bikini contest, a car engine blowup contest, the start up of some dragsters and hot rods and much more.

Santee California Motorcycle Hot Rod Show

Motorcycle Hot Rod Show – Santee California

San Diego County area hot rod and motorcycle show.

Santee California is just east of San Diego.

This is one of the many hot rod/ motorcycle shows in San Diego County.

Unfortunately, this is one of the few shows in San Diego County that’s judged by the spectators. Personally, I found that these shows are not as fair as those being judged by professional judges who are in the auto or motorcycle industry. (more…)
