Is there an official name for this effect (not just Ken Burns) because I can’t seem to find the really helpful photoshop tutorial on it that I saw a few days ago….

Could you help me? What I have is a profile picture, and I was hoping the ken burn effect would make the picture in full view as it moves, but it didn’t. I want it to take up the whole screen
