The annual Palm Springs American he motorcycle rally 2013. Just concluded its three-day stint today at 5 PM. Although the promoters and I’m sure the Chamber of Commerce were predicting 10 to 15,000 motorcyclists, those who were there said the turnout looked like a tiny fraction of what was predicted.
