There are two vertical mounts on a motorcycle that attach the front fork to the handlebars. In this video you going to hear a first-person account of a local San Diego motorcycle rider as he is heading down Highway 67 in San Diego’s East County . . . The lady motorcycle rider in this video was released from the hospital and made a full recovery. Johnny Strange goes riding in the canyons to film, and ends up catching more intense footage than he hoped too when he stumbles upon a crashed motorcycle and ends up finding the rider.

Loading doors swing open on a truck as motorcycle driver is safely sharing the lane at a reasonable speed in California (where it’s allowed by law).
Truck driver with unsafe/unsecured load fled the scene of the accident and was found at fault by California State Police using this video. (more…)
Although it’s hard to tell exactly what happened. One person has said that a car driver not paying attention to the slow down on the highway rammed into a few bikers at the back of the pack and that impact sent the other motorcycle riders into the next group of writers creating a ping-pong effect, and what looks like multiple injuries.

Five people were killed and six others seriously injured when a car struck a group of 12 motorcycles on a California desert highway in 2010. Bless those poor souls and families.

I met Bill at the Vista California motorcycle show in August. Bill is a fellow custom chopper motorcycle rider from Orange County, California.
Bill had driven his chopper down from Orange County to meet with some San Diego custom motorcycle riders at San Diego Harley Davidson to take in a bikini show, live music, free food and good company.
Then, Bill and the Orange County choppers together with my fellow San Diego custom bike enthusiast road up to Vista, California to see how my Texas chopper did in the Vista Blazing Bike Show competition. (more…)
