Motorcycle Gas Tank Fabrication – Making a custom tank from scratch!
Tons of hours involved, but here’s the quick version … fabrication of fuel tank required template creation, mockup, sheet metal cutting with both plasma cutter and beverly shear, metal brake to bend up flanges, and shrinking and stretching to match the curve of our frame. Finally welded together with the tig welder using silicon bronze rod, then sanded smooth and pressure tested.

good morning. I just bought a1968 Honda cl 125a scrambler and am in need of a newly fabricated replica of the gas tank. Can your company do this? If so, how much would something like this cost?
But wanna comment that you have a very decent web site , I love the design it actually stands out. Plus the motorcycle gas tank is way cool.

I have a 99 Suzuki Hayabusa. I am trying to do something completely different when it comes to tanks and bike mods. I would like to know if your company is willing to take on this type of prototype…
06 fxsti soft tail standard. Want to widen the tank on each side. 2 inches apiece at the front and tapering down to 1 inch at the back.
Needs to be coated to prevent rust.
Has EFI and thus the float and pump mount inside the tank.
I like the wide look, rear drop shape. If you can fabricate it from scratch that would be fine also.

i have a 94 Honda shadow that needs a new tank I can send the old one so you can have a template to work off of with a few sketch’s for my idea for a new one.
Do you offer services for coating/sealing the inside of a new tank?
