Tips for using a GoPro to capture video of your motorcycle rides.
This video is all about using the Gopro chest mount.

Because this is very adjustable and made out of stretchable fabric, it can be worn easily on top of the T-shirt or over your regular riding jacket.
With this chest mount you can get great point of view footage that can give the viewer a real driving the bike experience. By flipping over the chest mount on to your back, this position also provides another cool perspective of the ride.
What did u make ur mount out of??
dont you scare if the gopro fell and you didnt realize that ?
does the vibration just cause nose interference or does it mess the video up to?
I purchased the chest mount for off-road motorcycle riding because I did not want the camera in the branch/helmet kill-zone on top of my helmet. I also use it to video trials riding. The chest mount does a better job of capturing the bike movement and line choice at slower speeds. I have been pleased with the footage gathered so far.
chest views are the best,,but i don’t use the “chest mount” i use the vented helmet strap and the J hook, for wakeboarding in thread it thru or on my life jacket and for motocoss i make four slots on my chest protector and thread it thru..works killer.also the flat mount it comes on can be drilled and screwed on anything that doesn’t hold water or air.
good video. I’ve been trying to decide whether to spend the $ on the chest mount, or just stick with my current helmet mount. Looks like the chest mount might be worth it after all.
Great video man!!! I like the chest mount better because it shows the best of both worlds, and usually when I use the head mount you don’t really get a good reference on how fast you going and sometimes when going really fast it looks like you’re actually going really slow.
