The bike rider didn’t cause the accident, the moron who tried to kill him with the car and can’t drive did. You never try to run anybody off the road and you never try to run over somebody on a motorcycle!

The retard in the Nissan was completely in the wrong for crossing the double-double yellow line in the first place – no doubt the biker was shocked and lashed out after being almost hit by someone who is obviously too stupid to live in modern society.

Next to old glory herself with fireworks in the sky, today, nothing personifies individual freedom like a motorcycle riding down an open highway!

Even with the popularity of motorcycle riding, actually, just a very small percentage of people will ever experience the feeling of cruising down a highway, riding through the mountains and past the open fields and small towns of our great country!

Independence Day fireworks are often accompanied by patriotic songs such as the national anthem “The Star-Spangled Banner,”, “God Bless America,”, “America the Beautiful,” “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee,” “This Land Is Your Land,” “Stars and Stripes Forever,” and, regionally, “Yankee Doodle” in northeastern states and “Dixie” in southern states. Wild Steed Worx & Services is located in Valley Center in the northern part of San Diego County California.

For both American Ironhorse motorcycles and Big Dog motorcycles the motor of choice was the S&S motor. The American Ironhorse motorcycles came standard with the S&S 111 ci motor and offered upgrades to the 117ci or the 124ci motors. Big Dog motorcycles used the 117ci S&S motor.

Loud , yes .fast , not so much. Harley must be so proud that every bike used by the cast was a Harley-Davison!

I was actually very disappointed in the SAMCRO bikes. The Mexicans in the show, now they rode real outlaw bikes. Where were the pans and shovels? Not everyone likes the new school bikes I certainly prefer shovels myself. Most of the Sons bikes looked the same with those silly risers and drag bars. Where were the straight pipes? Not a single true hardtail in the bunch. These were Hollywood actors bikes not outlaw bikes. Real bikers like to work on their own shit not have to find a computer when something goes wrong. Oh, and for those of you who didn’t notice Jax was riding 2 different bikes they claimed was Johns knuckle…..one had a front brake the other did not.

See how a motorcycle transmission works using an open fixture and small electric motor. You’ll see a motorcycle transmission shifting and changing gear ratios

After you watched our moving transmission. You will have a better understanding about how a motorcycle transmission works.

This is a constant mesh transmission. What it means is that the gears are always in mesh. They don’t slide in and out like a synchromesh this is constants.

What happens is we use dogs here. These are gear dogs, they slide in and out of accompanying gears. To engage the driven shaft, to the out put shaft.

The clutch basket turns here, so that when the engine is moving, it’s actually moving this shaft right here, it forces the power through, and depending on what gear set we have we will have a power ratio determined by the drive gear and the driven gear. (more…)

Fantastic! Who would have thought a Taiwanese bank commercial could be so uplifting?

You can’t drive a car and get the same feeling as riding a motorcycle.

This was based on an independent documentary from 2012 called “Go Grandriders” Makes you want to ride before it’s too late.

Something with four wheels will move your body. Something with two wheels will move your soul.

For those of us who bought a motorcycle when life sucked as much as one hopes it ever sucks and it was the highlight of every damn day… This was pretty powerful. I hope I’m still riding when I’m 80. (more…)

Not the most exciting thing to watch but for those who are interested, you can’t get much of a closer look at what is going on inside an S&S motorcycle V- twin engine.

Personally, I’ve had a lot of motorcycles with the S&S engine. I think the S&S engine is the best made V-Twin engine around. Actually, I’m always amazed by seeing people who build one-off custom bikes who end up putting in a foreign manufactured V-Twin engine. They put out all that effort, time, and money to build a very unique motorcycle and yet they skimped when it came to the engine! (more…)

West Coast Thunder motorcycle ride 360 video

The West Coast Thunder motorcycle ride is an annual event  that occurs on each Memorial Day. It’s estimated that there were over 7500 motorcycles participating in this ride and show of respect for our veterans who lost their life defending our liberty!

This 360° video was shot with the Samsung Gear 360° camera in 4K resolution. For best viewing, you should change the resolution in the tab that’s under the video to 4K and then increase it to full screen playback. If you don’t have a 4K television or computer, or your computer is not fast enough to handle all the data in this video, and you experience buffering, you should decrease the resolution down to 1080 or less so the video runs smoothly.
